- 1 large Honeycrisp or Fuji apple thinly sliced
- ½ cup goat cheese crumbles
- ⅓ cup maple-glazed pecans or candied pecans
- ¼ cup dried figs or Medjool dates chopped
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
- Optional: squeeze of lemon juice for brightness
1. Place the arugula in a large bowl.
