Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh arugula baby or wild
  • 1 large Honeycrisp or Fuji apple thinly sliced
  • ½ cup goat cheese crumbles
  • cup maple-glazed pecans or candied pecans
  • ¼ cup dried figs or Medjool dates chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon juice for brightness

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place the arugula in a large bowl.
  • 2. Add thinly sliced apples.
  • 3. Sprinkle goat cheese, figs, and maple pecans on top.
  • 4. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette just before serving.
  • 5. Optional: Add a splash of lemon juice or use a citrus vinaigrette.

Notes

Toss apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.
Toast pecans ahead and store in a jar.
Keep dressing separate until ready to serve to preserve texture.
