Ingredients

Veggies

  • 2 medium zucchinis (spiralized into noodles)
  • Cherry tomatoes (optional for garnish) Add for garnish if desired.

Oil & Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings (optional)

  • Parmesan cheese Optional for serving.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Spiralize the zucchinis into long noodles and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove extra moisture.
  • In a large bowl, toss the zucchini noodles with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Cooking

  • Place the zucchini noodles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, folding gently to avoid clumping.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning.
  • Remove and serve hot, topped with Parmesan and cherry tomatoes if desired.

Notes

Pat drying prevents sogginess, and cooking in a single layer ensures crispiness. Watch the cooking time as air fryer models may vary.
