Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb zucchini sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • 2. Toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Add parmesan and toss again to coat evenly.
  • 4. Arrange zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • 5. Air fry for 8 minutes, or until golden and crispy. No flipping needed.
  • 6. Serve hot with extra cheese if desired.
