  • to taste Salt
  • to taste pepper

Other

  • 1 Spray Cooking spray

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat each zucchini slice with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to help it adhere.

Cooking

  • Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
  • Remove and serve immediately as a snack or side dish.

Notes

Pat slices very dry to ensure a crisp coating and avoid sogginess. Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches for even crisping. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray to help browning without excess oil. Check at 10 minutes and adjust time for thickness and your air fryer model. For a spicy twist or dipping option, try pairing with air-fryer buffalo cauliflower for extra flavor contrast.
