Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 8 slices White or whole wheat sandwich bread
  • 1 cup Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread

Egg mixture

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Air fryer prep & finishing

  • Butter or cooking spray for the basket
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin so it can roll easily.
  • Spread a thin layer of Nutella over each flattened slice, leaving a small edge.
  • Tightly roll each slice into a log and seal the edge by pressing gently.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Dip each roll-up to coat fully.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat the basket with butter or spray.
  • Place roll-ups in the basket and air fry for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

Use a thin layer of Nutella so roll-ups seal easily and don’t leak. Don't overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if needed for even browning. For extra crispness, brush roll-ups lightly with melted butter before air frying. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
