  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick.
  • Toss shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

Cooking

  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until shrimp are opaque and slightly curled.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the shrimp and air fry 1 more minute so the cheese melts and lightly browns.

Serving

  • Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges, and serve immediately.

Notes

Dry shrimp thoroughly before seasoning to ensure a crisp exterior. Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed for even browning. Watch closely in the final minutes—shrimp go from perfectly cooked to rubbery fast. For best texture, serve immediately after cooking; leftovers reheat quickly in the air fryer.
