Ingredients
  

Pickles

  • 1 jar Dill pickles (or your preferred pickles) Choose your type of pickles based on your preference.

Breading

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs Beaten

Seasonings

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika

Other

  • as needed Cooking spray For coating the pickles before air frying.

Preparation

  • Slice the pickles into spears or rounds.
  • Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with seasoned flour (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika), one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge each pickle in the flour, dip in the egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure pickles are well-dried before breading to avoid mushiness. Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model for best results. For extra crispiness, consider adding panko breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat in the air fryer.
