  • Tropical Fruits: 1 mango (diced, 1 banana (sliced))
  • Crunchy Fruits: 1 apple (cubed, ½ cup grapes (halved))
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (for a tropical twist)
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves (chopped)
  • Classic Honey-Lime Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Wash & Prepare the Fruits
  2. Rinse all fruits thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry.
  3. Peel and segment oranges, cube melons, dice mango, and slice bananas and apples.
  4. Cut larger fruits into bite-sized pieces and halve grapes or strawberries if needed.
  5. Step 2: Assemble the Salad
  6. In a large mixing bowl, add firmer fruits first (apples, grapes, melons), followed by softer ones (berries, bananas).
  7. Step 3: Make the Dressing
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), lime juice, and lime zest.
  9. Step 4: Mix & Serve
