Ingredients
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
Assorted deli meats (ham, turkey, roast beef)
Sliced cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
Mustard (yellow, Dijon, or spicy brown)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it
3. Spread a little mustard on one side of a Ritz cracker
4. Add a slice of deli meat and a square of cheese
5. Top with another cracker and press gently
6. Repeat until the dish is filled with sandwiches
7. Brush the tops with melted butter
8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and sandwiches are warm
9. Let cool slightly and serve warm
Notes
Use garlic butter or flavored Ritz for an extra punch
Swap in spicy mayo, pesto, or ranch for the mustard
