Description

Halloween doesn’t have to be all about candy. This bright and playful pumpkin fruit tray brings the same festive spirit with juicy clementines, sweet strawberries, crisp apples, and more. It’s a cheerful snack kids can help create, and you’ll love that it’s fresh, wholesome, and done in just minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 clementines, peeled and separated into wedges
  • 1 cup red grapes, washed and separated
  • ½ Granny Smith apple, sliced into wedges
  • ½ cup blueberries, washed
  • 6 large strawberries, halved
  • 1 large round platter

Instructions

  1. Peel the clementines and split them into sections. Wash the grapes, blueberries, and strawberries. Slice the apple into wedges.
  2. Arrange clementine wedges to completely cover the platter in a round pumpkin shape. Add halved strawberries in the shape of a wide smile.
  3. Place blueberries in the center to form a cute nose. Use grapes for the eyes, creating two circles. Tuck the apple slices at the top to serve as the pumpkin stem.
  4. Set the tray on the table and let guests dig in. Especially fun for kids to grab pieces while they admire the smiling pumpkin.

Notes

Use mandarin oranges if you don’t have clementines. Blackberries or kiwi slices make great eyes and stems. Place small bowls of fruit dip around the tray for extra flavor. Prep fruit ahead and store in the fridge until ready to assemble. Pat fruit dry to avoid moisture.
