- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese

Instructions
- Cook the Filling:
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer until thickened.
