  • 4 crunchy tostada shells
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • Olive oil or cooking spray (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Filling:
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain fat, then stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Assemble the Crunchwrap Supreme:
  4. Place the flour tortilla on a flat surface. Add cooked beef, drizzle nacho cheese, place tostada shell, spread sour cream, add lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the Crunchwrap:
  6. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating overlapping folds to fully enclose the filling.
  7. Grill the Crunchwrap:
  8. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil. Place Crunchwrap seam side down, cook for 2-3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
