Description
Crispy on the outside, tender inside — these garlic Parmesan zucchini fries are air-fried to golden perfection and totally addictive!
Ingredients
2 medium zucchinis, cut into fry sticks
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Wash and slice zucchini into sticks. Pat dry.
2. Set up breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb-Parmesan seasoning mix.
3. Dip zucchini sticks in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs to coat.
4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place fries in a single layer, spray with olive oil.
5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Notes
Use panko for ultimate crunch
Flip halfway for even crisp
Zucchini should be dry before coating
