Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add minced garlic and let it sizzle for about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and warm it through for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until creamy and spreadable.
- Spread the cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Spoon the garlic chicken evenly on top.
- Fold the tortillas into tight wraps.
- Melt butter with grated garlic in a skillet. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley if you’re feeling fancy.
Notes
Wraps can be prepped, rolled, and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or air fryer for that toasty bite. To avoid sogginess, drain extra liquid from the chicken and grill just before eating. Try whole wheat tortillas, light cream cheese, or add baby spinach for a healthier spin.
