Description

This buffalo chicken dip in a crock pot is creamy, spicy, and loaded with cheesy goodness. Perfect for game days or cozy get-togethers — it practically makes itself.

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups cooked shredded chicken

8 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup buffalo sauce

1 cup ranch dressing

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

Sliced green onions (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers (for serving)

Instructions

1. Combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, and 1 cup of cheddar in your Crock Pot. Stir well.

2. Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1–2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.

3. Once smooth, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar over the top. Cover until melted.

4. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for a richer flavor.

Rotisserie chicken is a quick shortcut.

Keep warm on the WARM setting at parties to stay gooey.

Great leftovers for toast, pasta, or quesadillas.
