  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips or sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place softened cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  2. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, flour, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fully combined into a thick, luscious dip.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or sprinkles. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best texture.

Notes

Make sure to heat-treat the flour before adding it in. Dutch-process cocoa gives the richest flavor. Let the dip chill before serving—it thickens up beautifully and becomes even more spoon-worthy!
