Description

Crispy, cheesy air fryer zucchini made in just 15 minutes. A quick and healthy side dish or snack!


Ingredients

Scale

1 lb zucchini, sliced into ½-inch rounds

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp dried oregano (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

2. Toss zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

3. Add parmesan and toss again to coat evenly.

4. Arrange zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

5. Air fry for 8 minutes, or until golden and crispy. No flipping needed.

6. Serve hot with extra cheese if desired.
